PRIVACY POLICY
In the following, we inform you which personal data we collect from you in connection with your visit to our website in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, what we need this data for and to whom this data is forwarded.
With regard to the terms used in this statement, we refer to the definitions in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

II. Data processing when visiting our website

We process the following personal data in order to provide you with our website and the infor-mation contained therein:
• the operating system you are using, the web browser you are using and the screen resolution you have set,
• the date and time of your visit
• the websites you have visited with us and
• the website from which you are visiting us and
• IP address of the device you are using to access the website.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest is to guarantee you security and stability in the provision of our website.
We use the cloud-based platform of our processor Raidboxes GmbH to host our website.
For security reasons, log file information is stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Backups are stored in encrypted form for 14 days. If the data is required for evidence purposes, it will only be deleted once the respective incident has been finally clarified.

III. Contact via our contact form

You can contact us via our contact form and by e-mail. To process the contact request and its handling, data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b, f GDPR.
We use the plugin “Formidable Forms”, offered by Strategy11, LLC to offer our contact form. In-puts in the contact form are forwarded to our competent employee via e-mail and no data is trans-ferred to Strategy11, LLC.

When you contact us, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name, your telephone number and other details) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

IV. Use of cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk assigned to the browser you are us-ing and through which certain information flows to the body that sets the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer, but primarily serve to make your visit to our website faster and more user-friendly.
This website uses transient and persistent cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below.
• Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include ses-sion cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you leave our website or close the browser.
• Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depend-ing on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser’s security settings.

• Technically necessary / functional cookies: Technically necessary cookies are essential for the functionality of our website.
